Building capacity and leadership among women and girls in Masaaba Land
Our Women's Empowerment Program is at the heart of our mission to build capacity among all people in Masaaba Land, with a special focus on women and girls. We believe that when women are empowered, entire communities thrive.
Through comprehensive training, mentorship, and support programs, we help women develop the skills, confidence, and resources they need to become leaders in their communities, successful entrepreneurs, and agents of positive change.
